假期 hours accruals begin immediately following start date. 休假天数 hours accruals varies depending upon assignment, employee status (manager/non-manager), 以及工作年限. Part-time employees receive vacation accrual in proportion to their percentage (of assignment) of the full-time rate. Sick leave hours accumulations are credited at the rate of eight hours per month for 全职员工. Part time employees earn sick leave based on the percentage of 当他们工作的时候.
